The problem in your own words, and what makes it urgent now rather than last year. Stack, team size and constraints help, but they are not required: if it is vague, say it is vague. A short message gets the same answer as a long one.
What happens next
I read it myself and answer within a day or two. If what you need is not what I do, I say so in the reply. What happens to the data you send is described in the privacy policy.
